Questions
Is PencePal free?
Yes. Keeping your expenses and receipts, your docs and their PDFs, and your data to export or delete are free, on the web and in the app. PencePal Pro is an optional subscription that adds the extras listed on this page.
Can I pay for Pro on the website?
No. There are no payments on the web. PencePal Pro is bought in the PencePal app, through the App Store or Google Play, and works on the web too once you have it.
Is there a free trial?
The App Store and Google Play show any free trial, and how long it lasts, before you subscribe.
How do I cancel?
In the App Store or on Google Play, wherever you subscribed. Pro carries on until the end of the period you have paid for.
What happens to my data if Pro ends?
Nothing is taken away. Everything you added stays in your account to see, export and delete, your mileage trips included, and anything captured offline still syncs. Only the Pro extras stop.
